At first glance, boxing might seem a fairly unsuitable sport for people with Parkinson’s, considering the sport’s association with aggression and the risk of brain damage, but Parkinson’s boxing is usually a non-contact sport. By hitting a punch bag, footwork, and resistance exercises, you can improve hand-eye co-ordination, balance, endurance and agility.
