Climbing is one of the more recent Olympic sports, and has become much more popular in the last few years. Climbing can help a whole range of Parkinson’s symptoms, both motor (improving freezing, reducing tremor, helping with posture, and more) and non-motor, such as decision-making skills and improving mood – completing a climb can give a wonderful confidence boost!
